What types of horror products do you offer?
We specialize in seven categories of terror: Animatronics, Costumes, Displays, Frightronics, Masks, Props, and Shocktronics. Each is crafted to bring your darkest nightmares to life.
Are your products suitable for outdoor use?
Most of our animatronics and displays are designed for both indoor and outdoor haunting. However, we recommend checking individual product specifications for weather resistance details.
Do your animatronics require assembly?
Some of our larger horrors may require minimal assembly. Detailed instructions are included with each product to help you quickly unleash the terror.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal to make your purchase as convenient as unleashing terror.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
While you can checkout as a guest, creating an account allows you to track your orders more easily and receive notifications about new terrifying products.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders enter our nightmare factory processing immediately. Contact us at [email protected] within 2 hours of ordering, and we’ll try to intercept your terror shipment.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY QUESTIONS
Where do you ship your terrifying products?
We deliver nightmares worldwide with the exception of select remote areas and parts of Asia. The checkout process will confirm if we can bring terror to your location.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipping. During high-volume seasons (September-October), allow for potential additional processing time as we ensure each product meets our exacting standards of horror excellence.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two distinct shipping methods designed for fear delivery:
Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after shipping
Free Shipping: Via EMS on orders over $50 USD, delivered in 15-25 days after shipping

How can I track my shipment of scares?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email that allows you to follow your package’s journey from our nightmare factory to your location.
Are there additional customs fees for international orders?
For international orders, your country may impose import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We declare all shipments as “Halloween Decorations” or “Novelty Items” to facilitate smooth customs processing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. The item must be in original condition with all packaging intact. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return.
What if my nightmare arrives damaged?
If your terror arrives in less-than-perfect condition, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll work quickly to make it right and ensure your haunting experience isn’t compromised.
Do you offer exchanges for different products?
Yes! If one horror doesn’t quite fit your haunting needs, we can exchange it for another nightmare that better suits your terrifying vision.
